Q. Why do you use the Hot Water Extraction Method ?

A. Quite simply it will give you the best results on 95% of  carpets .

Q. How does it work ?

A. Your carpets are pre-sprayed in the dirty areas to loosen the dirt, the machine is then used to inject a cleaning solution which is almost immediately removed by a powerful vacuum system taking the dirt with it.

Q.How good are the results?

A. Excellent.  Our customers are always really pleased and I'm sure you will be too.

Q. How is it that you are so cheap?

A. We are a business which use the best equipment on the market, all of which have been fully paid for.  Therefore, our aim is to try and maintain a low price for all clients so that we gather a good client base;  bringing in a steady flow of business year in year out.

Q. Can you safely clean my suite?

A. Almost all uphostered fabric can be cleaned and we will carry out the neccessary tests before proceeding.

Q. My furniture says ' dry clean only ' can you clean it?

A. Yes it is highly likely that we can clean this fabric. In my experience, the dry clean only instruction is used to prevent a customer ruining their own suite by cleaning it themselves or putting the covers in the washing machine!

Q. How much will it cost?

A. Not as much as you may think and much less than a new carpet. Please see our home page for an estimate.

Q. Are you qualified?

A. Yes both academically and by having over 15 years carpet and upholstery cleaning experience.

Q. How good are you at stain removal?

A. Amongst the best.  With a chemistry background and 15 years of carpet and upholstery cleaning experience, we have a lot of stain removal knowledge.

Q. Do I have to clear the room ?

A. It is always easier to clean a clear room but in many cases this is not practical.  Therefore, we will move settees and work round heavy items. We do ask that you clear the small items.

Q.How long will it take to dry.

A. Some carpets will be dry in 1-2 hours, others will take several.  It all depends on fibre composition, degree of soiling, atmospheric conditions, temperature etc.
